Though not recognized as such by the other cities, Primerus Mundi in the closest thing to a capital that exists on Boros. The royals that reside there can trace their lineage back to the original settlers of the planet and the city itself displays this at every opportunity. The higher levels of the tunnels are choked with garbage, slave markets, storage, low quality habs and vast storage bays. If one spends more than a few minutes here, the smell of humanity and promethium become nearly impossible to remove from exposed garments and hair. Further down, the roadways become wider, cleaner, and are home to thousands of busts, frescoes and statues of them adorn every cavern wall, street corner, and building face. Further still, the stab lights are replaced by sun lamps, allowing for trees and greenery to line the walkways

Though still the largest and richest of the cities, Primerus has fallen far from its former glory and has seen its power swiftly eroded by her competitors. Today, much to the royals’ chagrin, the city is forced to trade with two of the three other cities for goods that its now decrepit manufactorums can no longer produce. The city still flatly refuses to acknowledge the existence of Charrden, and raids or shells the city whenever it amasses the ammunition and manpower to do so. It is the owner in name of the many trading bays that dot the planet surface, but in reality large portions have been sold to Caurums to pay off debts, and without the tech priests of Juris their void shields would have failed centuries ago.
